Possible team-up between SB and eyeOS?

Recently I learned about an open source project called eyeOS ( http://www.eyeos.org ). The goal of this project is to create/provide an operating system and desktop environment that anyone can host on a server, allowing users to log in and use their desktops from anywhere in the world. No software installation required, all you need is a web browser and a connection to the Internet.

When I heard about this project, The Switchboard came to mind, as well. Another thing eyeOS has in common with SB is that it's all programmed in HTML, PHP and Java. This makes it relatively easy for anyone with a little know-how in these languages to make their own applications for the the system.

It would be wonderful if The Switchboard could somehow work with the eyeOS development team and create a eyeOS-centric version of it's VoIP client.

The eyeOS community is only a few months old, but it's starting to grow, as more developers are taking time to contribute.

Would this be a project the SB dev. team would be interested in participating in? I could see real potential here for both projects.
