new language options

Hello,

Just released, are 3 language options for the switchboard applet (French, German and Polish).

There are others on the way, however if there is a language in particular that is needed, please simply write us an email.

I'd be happy to do a translation to Swedish if you send me a list of english strings from the user interface to be translated. I'll email you about it.
