Is all the voicemail stored on servers in Canada where you guys are based, or is it stored on some random server in the Carribien that you guys are leasing out for use by the switchboard?
What kind of security is in place in these servers?
Our servers are as secure as possible, and are only accessible by Dobratek Systems Ltd. personnel. All user data, voicemail, and text messages are completely confidential and will not be accessed by anyone.
I would say that your voicemails are as secure as your emails that you store on google's servers. In fact your email is probably less secure, firstly because gmail is a much bigger hacking target, and secondly because email is transmitted in plain text. Communications between clients and the switchboard servers are encrypted.
