I don't know what it is, I try to add new contacts in my switch board but I always have this"That user does not exist. Username are care sensitive", what can I do? Help....
After you have logged in there is a tab at the top of the applet called "add contacts". Click on this and then type the username of the contact you would like to add. Then you will need to wait until that user authorizes you as a contact.
